If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email or phone, and provide your order number and a description of the issue. If we determine that your product is eligible for a warranty claim, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If the problem is due to misuse, abuse, or neglect, we will contact you to discuss repair options and associated costs.

These techniques include ultrasonic machine product cleaning, solution brushing, product re-polishing.

• Our jewellery cleaning service only applies to customers located in Australia, Victoria,

• Product must be purchased from LENCIA & MORGAN and purchase must be verified.

• Simply contact us via email ( info@lenciamorgan.com.au ) and we will arrange a time at our office for jewellery cleaning. 

• The cleaning process should take around 20-30 minutes.

We are currently working on creating a cleaning customer care package, that will be provided complementary with all purchases. This will enable overseas, interstate and outer-state customers to clean and care for there jewellery at the comfort of their own home.
