Do I get product warranty with my purchase?

I ordered the wrong product size, what can I do?

If you order the wrong item size, we will gladly exchange it for you given that the item returned in its same condition it was received. (click here to read more) .   

 

 

What if i receive the item and i'm unsatisfied?
 
We will provide you with full refund, credit note, or exchange within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the product.

 

 

What if my jewellery breaks or stones fall out?
 
This is an extremely rare thing as our jewellery is quality controlled frequently and regularly, how ever we will fix, repair and replace anything that experience a fault in our manufacturing. (Included in our life time warranty guarantee)

 

 

Will My Jewellery Tarnish?
 
No our stainless steel jewellery is 100% Tarnish free Aslong as it is not exposed to any chemicals.
 
We guarantee to replace, repair, polish, and re-plate any stainless steel jewellery that tarnishes. This is our promise that our jewellery won't tarnish
 

 

Is my Jewellery Water Proof?
 
Our stainless steel jewellery is indeed 100% waterproof.
 
However, we advise against wearing it in water due to the high risk of chemical exposure, such as shampoo and chlorine which can damage the jewellery.
 
The best practice is to remove your jewellery before showering or engaging in any form of swimming.

 

 

Shipping:

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. However we only process overseas orders via invoice. Please contact us if you are an overseas customer wanting to purchase an item and we will send you a direct invoice.

 

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

With Standard shipping please allow for 2-7 days for package arrival and for Express package arrival should be within 1-2 days. 

We try our best to ensure the fastest shipping time possible, However we do not have full control on shipping delays.

 

What happens if my shipment gets lost and doesn't arrive?

If your product gets lost in its shipment stage and never arrives, we will conduct a full investigation and a new order or full refund can be issued.

Custom jewellery:

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes, we do offer custom jewellery. We work with all sorts of gemstones both natural and lab grown. Each custom piece of jewellery comes with an independent jewellery valuation from our partnering independent valuer.

 

How does this process work?

Firstly we require a basic description of your design, this can include any images or diagrams of the custom piece wanted. 

We will then get our design team to create a 3D CAD render of your custom piece.

Once the customer is happy with their design and we get the final confirmation we will begin the creation/ manufacturing stage.

For all custom order enquirers please “contact us” and we will arrange an appointment.

 

How long does it take to receive my custom jewelry?

This process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the customers specifications.
