I'm thrilled to welcome you to the Lencia & Morgan family! My name is Rayan, and I'm the founder of our esteemed brand. Our journey began in 2018 when we embarked on a mission to redefine luxury in the jewellery industry.

The Beginning:

You see, jewellery isn't just a business for me; it's a legacy passed down through three generations of my family. It all started back in 1975 when my grandfather laid the foundation for our family's jewellery tradition. With time, this legacy was entrusted to my father, who nurtured it with dedication and passion. From operating shops overseas to establishing a presence in renowned Australian shopping centers like Chadstone and Westfield doncaster, my father's commitment to excellence in jewellery craftsmanship inspired me from a young age.

Child Hood:

Growing up surrounded by the glimmer of gemstones and the delicate touch of precious metals, I learned firsthand what it takes to create enduring works of art. I fondly recall the days when my father would entrust me with gemstones and wires, encouraging me to explore my creativity and hone my skills in jewellery design. These early experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for quality and craftsmanship, principles that continue to guide Lencia & Morgan today.

The Launch:

In 2018, fuelled by a desire to forge my own path and inspired by the legacy of my family, I launched Lencia & Co. What began as a women's brand soon evolved into the distinguished men's jewellery brand you know and love today – Lencia & Morgan.
